Why should we choose you over other applicants?: You should choose me because, I have a-lot of time on my hands, I dis-like toxicity, I can't stand people breaking the rules and hacking. Time, time is a valuable thing when it comes to video-games and servers. Time is what everyone has but can't use it due to school/work. I myself have a-lot of time! I do online school, so I'm at home and on my computer most of the time, so I can easily hop onto the server and deal with any issues anyone has. I also have dual monitors so I can just leave the game running also. I also do as I am told, so if someone higher ranked than me tells me to do something and it doesn't break the rules I will do it, And if bychance it does break the rules, I simply won't do it. Since I also haven't been staff on any gmod servers at all, im willing to take alot of time and will to Learn and master the Staffing abilities. Since we are talking about my staffing abilities; Since I would be a new learner, I have my own rule I set myself. That rule is: Do not touch any commands, UNLESS told my the Owner, Co-Owner, Developer, and Trusted Admins say so. I don't want to break anything, lose a staff membership and trust. How much time do you have to provide for your position?: I would say anywhere from 3-9 hours each day, Unless There is a family/life issue happening like the ER, Vacations, and Food shopping. I own a Jeep so i go up into the mountains and have fun. I LOVE to painball and game, with the time I have. I can be really talkative and chatty, although I'm changing that so I don't annoy people. I have a bestfriend that made it all better, but she later died that year because of beign bullied for me and her depression, so I told myself to help anyone out who is having issues and issues with bullies. When I have been online there has been 2 people *while I've been on this server* that have been kicked by the anti-cheat or have been really rude. And I Can't help in anyway. I just really love to help people out in the community and anywhere I can. And I would love to learn something new while learning how to staff and what not. And other than my timezone and times being online, I'd say I can't list anymore right this moment in time. B3: What are two most important things you should doas a staff member?: 1: Be mature at all times, no matter the situation. 2: Don't Over punish aka: rdm:first offence: is lets say 5minute jail. Don't do 50 Minute jail for a first offence. B4: What's more important, Staff or players?: Depending on the situation... other than that I would say Players. Now if you are talking about Role-play Staffing would come first. B5: A technical issua has happend on the server, what do you do?: Contact the Owner and Developers, If its an NPC Block it off. B6:Someone is being annoying or an inconvenience by using technicalities in the rules, what do you do?: First, Tell them To go Re-Read the rules and if they come back still being annoying answer their questions then just leave them alone unless they break the rules. Also Add the punishment you'd apply once you have dealt with the situation. RDM: Ted was walking down the street and Bob decided to kill him without saying he was mugging/kidnapping him. Terry is a civillian, and he decided to go up to a random person in a house and shoot them for no reason. Joe was riding a skateboard at the skate park, Bob just came up and killed him for his skate board.  Punishment: First Offence:Warning and a 2 minute jail Second Offence: Warning + 5 minute jail Third Offence: 2 Week ban + No Warning FailRP: Ted is getting mugged by Bob, but ted doesn't want to lose any of his stuff. So ted just walks away and doesn't look back. Jerry is kidnapping Katie, Jerry also has a gun out and is pointing at her. Katie decides to log off to prevent getting kidnapped. Tom just got a new Bently, Ben comes up and tells tom to get out and put his hands up. Tom drove off and put his car inside the dar dealership so Ben couldn't get his car.  Punishment:First offence: Warning + 5 minute jail Second Offence: Warning + 10 minute jail Third offence: 7day Ban NLR: Bob is getting raided, Tom and ben * The Raiders* killed Bob. Bob decided to come back as soon as he could and killed both of the raiders. Bob broke NLR. Katie was Robbing a bank, katie got shot and kileld by Officer Joe Dirt. Katie came back 20 seconds later and continued robbing the bank. Rob got shot and killed after kidnapping a little boy, Rob had a nice bar of gold in his pocket. Rob didn't want to lose it so he went back 10 seconds later and tried to retreive it, but luckily for him He died again so he couldn't. Punishment:First Offence: Warning Second Offence: Warning + 2minute jail Third Offence: 1day ban FailBase: Bob decided to go make a base, he decided to build to the top of a building. He got rid of all the props to his base and not leave a ramp or ladder going up to his base. Katie and Joe wanted an unraidable base. So they built  a base that had 0 keypads and 0 doors, so no-one could get inside. Billy was raiding a base, He /advert'd the raid and was gonig it legitly. Turns out the base was unraidable because they used unbreakable props. Punishment: First Offense:Warning +Removal of the base Second Offence: Warning + Removal of base + 5 minute Jail Third Offence: Base removal + 7day Ban. Fourth Offence Base removal + Perm Ban RDA: Bob was walking on the street with nothing illegal, He looks at that cop thats sitting in the parking lot and the cop arrest's him for no reason. Joe is a crooked cop, Joe walked up to the first person he saw and arrested them for no reason. Katie was in her home doing nothing illegal/rulebreaking and the cop just bust's in with no warrant and arrested her. Punishment: First Offence: Warning Second Offence: Warning + 2minute Jail time + Badge removal Third Offence: Permanant Removal from Police force + 1day Ban Fear RP: Jill is getting mugged and she has no gun out, She didnt want to lose all of her money so she pulled out a gun and shot the mugger. Jack is Being kidnapped! The kidnapper has put jack inside his car and jack pulled out a gun out of his inventory and killed the kidnapper. Bob was mugging a lady called Kaite, katie pulled out a gun on him and tried to reverse mug him but died since Bob shot katie. Punishment: First Offence Warning + 5minute jail Second Offence: Warning + 10minute jail Third Offence: 7day ban
